Green Bay families, mark your calendars! The City of Green Bay is mixing things up this summer with a brand-new twist on two longtime favorites—the Kids Day and the Kiddie Carnival—now coming together as the Green Bay Kids’ Day Karnival.
It all happens Thursday, July 30 at Bay Beach Amusement Park, and it’s shaping up to be a full day of free fun for kids and families. Think classic carnival games, hands-on activities, and all the good vibes you’d expect from these two beloved traditions.
Kids Day has been a go-to summer event for over 20 years, and the Kiddie Carnival has been part of the community for more than a century—so combining them is kind of a big deal. It’s all about keeping the traditions alive while making the event even bigger and better.
Mayor Eric Genrich says it best—these are the kinds of events that make Green Bay such a great place to grow up and raise a family.
The event is presented by Children’s Wisconsin, who say gatherings like this help kids connect, play, and build those important community ties.
More details on activities and schedules will be released as the date gets closer, but for now—just save the date and plan to head to Bay Beach.
